Refund & Payment Policy

1. Payments

Accepted Payment Methods 

Time4Holidays accepts payments via approved online payment gateways, bank transfer, and other methods advised at the time of booking. 

All payments must be made in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. 

2. Deposits

  • deposit is required to secure any booking. 
  • Deposit amounts vary depending on the tour, accommodation, and third-party suppliers involved. 
  • Deposits are non-refundable, except when Time4Holidays cancels the tour. 

Deposit requirements will be clearly communicated prior to booking confirmation. 

3. Final Payment

  • Full payment is required by the due date specified in your booking confirmation (typically 30–60 days prior to departure). 
  • Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in: 
  • Automatic cancellation of the booking; and 
  • Loss of the deposit paid. 

Time4Holidays is not responsible for losses arising from late or missed payments. 

4. Pricing & Adjustments

All prices are based on current supplier rates, availability, and exchange conditions at the time of booking. 

Prices may be adjusted prior to final payment due to: 

  • Supplier cost changes 
  • Currency fluctuations 
  • Government taxes or levies 
  • Fuel surcharges or transport adjustments 

Any price changes will be communicated before final payment is requested. 

5. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are assessed in accordance with: 

  • Our Booking & Cancellation Policy 
  • Third-party supplier terms 
  • Australian Consumer Law (ACL) 

Refunds are generally not available for: 

  • Change of mind 
  • No-shows 
  • Early departures 
  • Unused services once travel has commenced 

6. Refund Processing

  • Approved Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from approval. 
  • Refund processing times vary depending on banks, payment providers, and suppliers. 
  • All refunds will be returned to the original payment method. 
  • Bank charges, card fees, and transaction fees are non-refundable. 

Time4Holidays cannot guarantee refund timelines controlled by third-party suppliers. 

7. Third-Party Supplier Refunds

Many travel services are provided by independent suppliers such as: 

  • Hotels 
  • Airlines 
  • Transport operators 
  • Tour guides 
  • Activity providers 

Refunds are subject to the individual terms and conditions of these suppliers. 

Where a supplier does not issue a refund, Time4Holidays is unable to refund those amounts. 

8. Force Majeure & Unforeseen Events

In cases of force majeure (including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, airline cancellations, or civil unrest): 

  • Refunds are subject to what suppliers are able to recover 
  • Time4Holidays is not liable for losses beyond recoverable amounts 
  • Alternative arrangements may be offered where possible 

9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact Time4Holidays directly to resolve any payment concerns before initiating a chargeback. 

Unjustified chargebacks may result in: 

  • Suspension of services 
  • Recovery of administrative and dispute handling costs 

10. Australian Consumer Law

This policy does not exclude or limit rights under the Australian Consumer Law. 

Customers are entitled to refunds or remedies where services fail to meet statutory consumer guarantees. 

11. Policy Acceptance

This Refund & Payment Policy forms part of your agreement with Time4Holidays and is accepted upon payment of any deposit or booking amount.
