1. About Time 4 Holiday

Time 4 Holiday (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an Australian-based travel service provider specialising in customised holiday planning, tour coordination, and booking services for travel experiences in Sri Lanka and related destinations. 

We act as a travel planner and booking facilitator, arranging services provided by independent third-party suppliers such as accommodation providers, transport operators, tour guides, and activity providers. 

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By doing the following actions, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these
Terms & Conditions:

  • Submitting an enquiry;
  • Making a booking;
  • Paying a deposit or the full amount;
  • Using our website or services.

Our Terms & Conditions comprise:

  • Booking & Cancellation Policy; 
  • Refund & Payment Policy ;
  • Privacy Policy ;
  • Website Disclaimer.

These documents together form a binding agreement between you and Time4Holidays.

3. Role & Scope of Services

The roles and scope of services of Time4Holidays include:

  • Designs and coordinates travel itineraries.
  • Facilitates bookings with third-party suppliers.
  • Provides customer support and travel coordination.

We do not own, operate, or control airlines, hotels, transport services, or activity providers unless expressly stated. 

Each supplier operates under its own terms and conditions, which also apply to your booking. 

4. Bookings & Confirmation

A booking is only confirmed when: 

  • Required deposit or payment has been received; and 
  • Written confirmation is issued by Time 4 Holiday. 

Availability, pricing, and services are subject to confirmation by suppliers and may change prior to confirmation. 

5. Payments

Payment terms are governed by our Refund & Payment Policy, including: 

  • Deposit requirements 
  • Final payment deadlines 
  • Accepted payment methods 

Failure to make payments by the due date may result in cancellation and loss of the deposit. 

6. Pricing & Errors

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. 

We reserve the right to correct: 

  • Pricing errors 
  • Inaccurate descriptions 
  • Availability issues 

If a pricing error occurs after booking but before confirmation, you will be notified and given the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel. 

7. Changes by the Customer

Requests for changes to itineraries, dates, or services: 

  • Are subject to supplier availability.
  • May incur additional charges or penalties. 
  • Are not guaranteed. 

Change fees imposed by suppliers are payable by the customer. 

8. Cancellations by the Customer

Cancellation terms are governed by our Booking & Cancellation Policy. 

Key points: 

  • Deposits are generally non-refundable.
  • Cancellation fees increase closer to departure. 
  • No refunds are available for no-shows or unused services. 

9. Changes or Cancellations by Suppliers

Suppliers may change or cancel services due to: 

  • Operational issues 
  • Weather conditions 
  • Safety concerns 
  • Force majeure events 

Where possible, we will assist in arranging alternatives. We are not liable for supplier decisions beyond recoverable amounts. 

10. Travel Insurance (Strongly Recommended)

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travellers, but is not mandatory. 

11. Health, Fitness & Special Needs

Customers are required to disclose any medical conditions, mobility limitations, or special support needs at the time of booking to ensure appropriate arrangements can be made.

  • Disability or care needs 

While we aim to support senior-friendly and disability-inclusive travel, we rely on supplier information and cannot guarantee universal accessibility. 

Failure to disclose relevant information may result in service refusal without refund. 

12. Travel Risks & Responsibility

Travel involves inherent risks, including: 

  • Weather conditions 
  • Road and transport safety 
  • Wildlife encounters 
  • Cultural and environmental differences 

By booking, you acknowledge and accept these risks. 

You agree to: 

  • Follow local laws and instructions. 
  • Act responsibly during travel. 
  • Comply with supplier safety requirements. 

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including: 

  • Natural disasters 
  • Pandemics 
  • Government restrictions 
  • Airline disruptions 
  • Civil unrest 

Refunds are subject to supplier recoverability. 

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: 

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. 
  • Our liability is limited to the value of services paid to us. 
  • We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers. 

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law. 

15. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. 

Where services fail to meet consumer guarantees, customers may be entitled to remedies as prescribed by law. 

16. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint: 

  1. Contact us directly to allow for resolution.
  2. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe. 

Disputes not resolved informally may be subject to Australian jurisdiction. 

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. 

Any disputes shall be handled in Australian courts. 

18. Website Use

You agree not to: 

  • Misuse of website content. 
  • Copy or reproduce materials without permission. 
  • Use the website for unlawful purposes.
